Happy MID-Week friends! I hope you are enjoying the FIRST day of August! I sure am… because today 4 years ago I became a MRS.
I LOVE thinking about all that has changed and yet not changed in the past 4 years of our marriage. I feel SO blessed that this past year we were able to buy and fix up a house together—if that is not a trial in a marriage I don’t know what is!
Anyways, I have been having fun decorating AND crafting. And this is what I am working on for my office space!
I am all about unique and eclectic yet functional ways to decorate a space.
And I have been working on my office decor and desk space.
{Which I will be revealing SOON}
and I came up with this simple yet effective way to store office “stuff” and decorate at the same time.
and it all started with a few vintage drawers I had sitting around….
I just painted them and hung them!!
And I was super lucky, the middle one happens to be galvanized metal so it also functions as magnetic board!!!
Sooooo, what do you think?
Do you like this simple decor and preview of my office space?!?!
I can’t wait to show you the entire space!
I am linking up to a few of my favorite parties this week—be sure to check them out for some great inspiration!

LOVE! I wish I had a few drawers around that size. They would be great for my kids little stuff that I find everywhere! I may have to build a few! Thanks for the inspiration, and happy anniversary.
at first glance I thought they were window planters. Cool either way! By the way
happy anniversary to ye. Keep up the gr8 work.
Love these, Jaime!! I can tell by your paint colors and eclectic choices I’m gonna l-o-v-e your office/girl cave! Happy anniversary, sweet girl, to you and the hubs!! Many more!
xo Heidi

Happy anny!! Hope it’s a super day!!
Cute, Jaime Jaim!
They are really pretty! That brown one has a very lovely front, too – maybe you could use that for something separately? xo Anja
So cute I love this idea
These look great! I’ve been hanging on to some old sewing drawers for just the right project-I think I found it! How did you hang them?
It’s all coming along so nicely!!! Happy Anniversary to you and yours, Jaime.
LOVE it! What a great use of some really cool drawers! Can’t wait to see the rest of it! You are doing such a lovely job of turning that house into a showpiece! I would love if you shared more of your how-to’s sometime for all of us “wish I knew how to” folks! For example, what did you find was the best way to hang these drawers? What did you use to make them sturdy enough on the wall to hold their weight and stuff in them? More background details please! Look forward to more, more, more!
Great idea! Not only are they useful but they are also cute!
Congratulations on the anniversary!
What a great project. I love your white on white color combo. Visiting your site from the Feed Me Friday Hop!
