It is official, it is fall. {Well according to the calendar at least}. And I am embracing it. I have officially fallen in love with my wood-burning stove—and if anyone had advice on how to make it look a bit cute-er… I would LOVE the help! I have had about 20 mugs of pumpkin spice coffee…. AND I have been eating a LOT of apples. And an important part of my apple eating includes my most favorite apple dip ever!
It is a dip that my mom made for my sister and I every single year while we were growing up…. and I LOVE it.
Here is what you will need to make your own:
1-8 oz package of Cream Cheese (I use low fat)
1/4 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup walnuts chopped (optional)
Just add all of the ingredients and mix until it is nice and creamy!
***I should note that I am making a double batch in these photos, because apple dip goes quickly at my house!***
Mixed and perfect.
Then just grab your apples or fruit of any kind and enjoy.
I am linking up to a few of my favorite parties this week—be sure to check them out for some AMAZING inspiration!

Think I’ll pin that dip. Cuz if your mama made it, it must be good enough for my family.

I’m a proofreader by day so I can’t help it…it’s spelled “caramel.” It looks so yummy no matter what though!
want a 1 ingredient healthy-ish “caramel” dip for your lazy days?!

surprising, addicting, and tastes exactly like a caramel apple when you use McIntosh apples!
