  1. [...] I can’t stand clutter and for years my pantry has made me cringe every time I opened the door, so I started some pantry organization! I still have to build some more shelves on the bottom right side so the new wooden boxes I got can sit on a shelf and I want to build a wooden box to hold my cleaning supplies.  After taking everything out of my pantry I painted the inside the same color as my upstairs hall, Sherwin Williams Relaxed Khaki.  I tossed what I haven’t or won’t use, then added baskets and some apothecary jars and purchased some custom vinyl letting from etsy.  I put potatoes, onion and garlic in a basket.  Cans of food are hidden behind the right side of the apothecary jars (I don’t use canned food often so for me it’s not a big deal to have to move one of these glass jars to get to the canned food) the basket hanging above the glass jars holds packets of seasoning, the wooden boxes on the bottom right are empty for now but I’m sure I’ll find a use for them!  All the plastic bags I had in the pantry are now folded into triangles (same way you used to fold notes in school!) I still need to purchase a grid system I found for the back of the door that you can add metal baskets, hooks, shelves etc to for things like trash bags, tin foil etc on this grid system.  But for now I’m quite happy with the progress!  (the photos looks squished unless you click on it to see it full size!)  check out some others cleaning / organizing tips here [...]
